Our experience with Charles Construction was great from start to finish. This was the third house we have built with different contractors each time. Charles was the General Contractor for this one, and, he made it an easy process. He was able to build the house as we requested it, with the garage and main floor all without steps. Charles is meticulous and does things right. It was easy to communicate any changes with him, and he often anticipated changes we might like. It was a joy working with him and his crew. We appreciated their fine workmanship and the cleanliness of the building site each day before they left. Charles took the stress out of much of the building process with his excellent scheduling of the sub-contractors. We always knew the next stage of building. We also appreciated the fine workmanship, quality materials they used, and the friendly personalities of all his sub-contractors, who were excellent to work with. | We began using Charles Construction several years ago when we added new siding and shingles to our home. Later, when we were thinking about adding an addition, we called to see if they had any ideas for us. We told them what we were looking to add and they helped us with ideas and the design from start to finish. They never tried to push us into anything we didn’t want, only helped to make sure our project fit our wants and needs. The final result was exactly what we were looking for!
